In our view, the most critical decision when selling a property is the choice of a broker. We were fortunate to be able to work with Cathleen Cull. She did not stop at anything to make our house show-worthy in the most positive way. She was highly creative and hands-on in helping stage the house. She is also well-connected to the most influential brokers in the area in getting the word out about the broker open house. Through her unceasing efforts and creativity, we only had one open house and four offers from which we were able to choose our preferred one–which was well over asking. The escrow and closing processes went very smoothly thanks to Cathleen’s knowledge, guidance, and hand-holding where needed. In short, we can’t sing enough of her praises. In our view, she is one of the most competent and caring brokers one can hope for–and we were very fortunate to have had the pleasure of working with Cathleen.
