Cathleen was the best realtor I have ever worked with. She was very knowledegable, super attentive, always responsive, kind, trustworthy and patient. Each and every question or concern I had, big or small, was answered immediately and thoroughly and I never felt like a bother. She handled the sale for me after I had already moved out of state and it was seamless and much less stressful than I could have ever imagined. I was very hesitant to sell my home, as it had a tremendous amount of sentimental value to me, and Cathleen respected this and was very careful and attentive to all of my requests and quirks. She went well above and beyond what was expected and did so in a kind and gracious way that made me feel like my home was in good hands. She is a great negotiator and I was extremely satisfied with the terms of the sale. That being said, she does it all in a professional way and has a warm and genuine way about her which made me feel comfortable throughout the whole transaction. I highly recommend Cathleen and would use her again in a heartbeat.
