We were very lucky to have met Cathleen. In 2020, both of us retired and longed to be with our son and daughter on the East Coast. As a result, we continued our search for a retirement community in the East. In the Fall of 2019, a neighbor organized a neighborhood Christmas Street Party and formed a choir to entertain. This is when we met Cathleen. WE COULD NOT HELP BUT BE IMPRESSED. During the following 22 months, Cathleen became our consultant and guide in leading us along our path. She provided us with a schedule to accomplish our goal, advertised our unwanted items on the neighborhood web page, obtained workmen to provide repairs and arranged for trash removal. She even visited and recommended consignment stores to arrange for the sale of items of value. Cathleen was our cheerleader and mentor. Because of Cathleen there was no need to worry.
