As a first time condo buyer, I was referred to Cathleen through a mutual friend and I could not be happier! I called Cathleen on a Wednesday with a general description of what I was looking for and by Saturday we were seeing units! We met at a location that was convenient for both of us and went over what to expect with the process, details of what I was looking for, budget, etc. and then went on to view about 5 places. I really liked the last unit we looked at and she made herself available for me for the next 2 days in a row to make sure that I got to see it. The day I was going to put in an offer, she found one that she thought I might like, and voila! Here I am writing this review from my new townhouse! Cathleen made this process so easy for me and has answered every. single. silly. question that I have asked (and there have been a TON!) She is responsive and knowledgeable and kind and I can’t wait to buy another place so I can work with her again! She does not pressure you or make you feel at all uncomfortable, she is truly an angel to work with and as a person. If you are in the market, do yourself a favor and at least get in touch with Cathleen!
