Cathleen listed and sold my house. She priced the house just right for a quick sale and maximum profit. We listed Thursday, had an open house Sunday, and had multiple offers well above list by the next Wednesday. Cathleen also helped me stage the house and make choices about what improvements  really needed to be made to list the home and which ones were best left by the way side. She made appointments and kept them not only with me but with different service-providers that we needed during the process (retro-fit, inspections, and even letting in plumbers or electricians). As a first time condo buyer, I was referred to Cathleen through a mutual friend and I could not be happier! I called Cathleen on a Wednesday with a general description of what I was looking for and by Saturday we were seeing units!
